With American Health Group as your medical manager, you can be assured that your healthcare claims will be processed accurately and efficiently. Claims are adjudicated using our highly automated, proprietary Health Management Information System (HMIS).

100% of claims received go through a quality assurance process. This process helps prevent overpayment due to eligibility errors, duplicate claim submission, network repricing errors, benefit limitations, subrogation and coordination of benefits (COB).
Claims are also reviewed for coding errors such as add-on codes, unbundling, or charges inadvertently billed by hospitals and providers.
